Delphi newsgroup changes

This is a quick guide to the recent changes in the Delphi newsgroups on the Borland public newsgroup server. These changes were made to provide areas for discussions regarding both Delphi 8 for the Microsoft.NET framework, and for Delphi's Win32 support. Action descriptions

Action	Description
Add	Create a new newsgroup
Delete	Remove this newsgroup without moving its messages anywhere
Migrate	Copy the messages from the old newsgroup to the new newsgroup and mark the old newsgroup read-only
Read-only	Mark a newsgroup read-only for 30 days before removing it
